“How can I serve customers who use different currencies?”

Context includes a currency converter. It automatically converts all of products in your store into currencies of your choice.

Before you can offer multiple currencies in your store, you need edit your store’s currency formatting. For instructions, see Shopify’s article Help your script find money formats.

Even though prices are displayed in different currencies, orders will still be processed in your store’s currency.

Currencies can be manually switched from the footer. See the “USD” button next to the payment method icons in the image below:

Enable currency conversion
Select this checkbox to turn on currency conversion.

Note that this does not turn on the converter in your header. You need to go to your header settings and enable it in the announcement bar.

Format
Select either With currency ($10.00 CAD) or Without currency ($10.00) to display the country code after the price of each product.
Supported currencies
Enter the country’s currency codes that you want your store to support. By default, the supported currencies are INR, GBP, CAD, USD, AUD, EUR and JPY. Currency codes should be separated with a space.
Default currency
Enter the default currency that you want your store to display using its currency code.
