All Shopify themes can only include a single layout of empty placeholder sections. Themes cannot include content, images, or specific pages from the demos. You can change the theme style to match the colors and fonts of one of the demos, but this will not change the sections or layout of your theme.
The demos provide just a few examples of how to use the theme. When you download Cornerstone, you have access to all the same sections found in every demo. You can recreate any feature or page found in the demos. Or you can combine features and customize your store to have a substantially different layout and style, for any industry.
You may need to assign the template you are editing to your pages in the Shopify admin. See our guide for creating and assigning templates. If your theme isn't published yet, learn how to assign templates from unpublished themes.
It's also possible you have edited a 'Context' for a specific market, so the changes will only appear when visiting your site from certain countries. See our guide for Editing contexts for markets.
