# Search page

The **Search template** controls settings and styles for the search results page.

## **Set up search page**

In the theme editor, you can customize content, settings, and overall page design with theme sections.

In your theme editor (**Customize**):

1. Use the **Templates selector** to open **Other > Search**.

2. Under **Template**, click the **Search** section to open the settings.
3. Click **Save**.

## Settings summary

Click on the **Search** section to find the following settings:

| Setting           | Description                                                                                       |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Show sort options | Allow customers to sort search results by relevance or price.                                     |
| Show filters      | Allow customers to filter search results by product options, type, price, availability, and more. |
