“How can I customize my theme’s typography?”

You can customize the fonts that your store uses from the Typography panel on your Customize theme page.

Logo Text
The font used in your logo. If you’re using a custom logo image, this font will be used as a backup.
The font used for header text store-wide. Select the checkbox to make the headings underlined.
Body Text
The font used for body, link, and button text store-wide.
Meta Text
The font used for meta text store-wide. Meta text is the text used throughout the store to help customers buy products. For example, the Log In and Cart text, the price and the Description tab on product pages.

If you’re still deciding what fonts your store should use, we recommend reading a bit about font pairing, so you can pick the fonts that convey your brand’s voice.

Shopify’s Font Library

Lorenza provides over 300 free fonts through Shopify’s Font Library.

Why can’t I change the size of the text throughout my store?

We’ve primed Lorenza’s typography to look perfect on phones, tablets, laptops, and large computer monitors. We also considered the text size from other popular websites, so that Lorenza’s typography was not jarringly small or jarringly large comparatively.

When we considered the size of heading text, body text and all of the other text we made sure it would have the appropriate size and contrast for your customers.

Customers who have trouble seeing may use their web browser’s accessibility settings to make text larger or smaller as they need it.
